What We Are Eating Today: Yatta

Yatta is one of the very first digital Asian food restaurants in the Kingdom. It offers a range of delicious options from sophisticated dishes to street food orders.
The name Yatta is inspired by Japanese colloquial dialect, commonly used in Manga Japanese comics, meaning “done” or “ready.”
From Chinese bao to Hawaiian poke, Japanese Sushi, noodles, rolls and buns, the menu of Yatta is a blend of all Asian cuisines.
If you are a fan of Asian culture, thinking of indulging in food, you might be interested in having a new food experience at home.
Besides the traditional sushi rolls and bites we all know, Yatta reflects a lot of Japanese culture in its signature orders that include the popular anime food known as “Onitirazu,” which is a vegan sushi sandwich that will catch your attention because of its beauty once cut in half.
Technically it is not a sandwich at all — there is no bread involved — but its amazing mix of layers makes it look like a rice sandwich, with a crispy fried rice layer, noodle slice, avocado, and fresh shredded cabbage complete with Yatta sauces.
Yatta starts to take orders daily from 5 to 11 p.m. and is available from all food delivery apps across the Kingdom. For more information visit Instagram @yatta.ksa.
